Delivery Hours & Scheduling

Standard Delivery Hours

  • • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST
  • • Saturday: By appointment only
  • • Sunday: Closed
  • • Holidays: Closed (call to confirm)

Scheduling Requirements

  • • All deliveries must be scheduled in advance
  • • Minimum 24-hour notice required
  • • Provide Bill of Lading (BOL) number
  • • Confirm delivery appointment before arrival

Dock & Loading Information

Dock Specifications

  • • Standard dock height: 48 inches
  • • Dock levelers available
  • • Maximum truck length: 53 feet
  • • Overhead clearance: 14 feet

Parking & Maneuvering

  • • Limited parking available
  • • Call upon arrival for dock assignment
  • • Do not block other vehicles or access
  • • Follow facility signage

Loading/Unloading

  • • Driver must remain with vehicle
  • • TG Labs staff will assist with unloading
  • • Pallet jacks and equipment provided
  • • Average unloading time: 30-60 minutes

Required Documentation

Driver must provide the following documents upon arrival:

    Bill of Lading (BOL) - Original copy required
  • 2.
    Driver's License - Valid commercial driver's license
  • 3.
    Packing List - Detailed itemized list of contents
  • 4.
    Certificate of Analysis (COA) - If applicable for raw materials
  • 5.
    Temperature Log - If temperature-controlled shipment

Note: Incomplete documentation may delay acceptance of shipment. Please ensure all documents are legible and complete.

Safety Requirements

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • • Safety glasses required in facility
  • • Closed-toe shoes mandatory
  • • Hard hats provided if needed
  • • Follow all posted safety signage

Facility Safety Rules

  • • No smoking on premises
  • • Stay within designated areas
  • • Report any spills or hazards immediately
  • • Follow instructions from TG Labs staff

Special Instructions

Temperature-Controlled Shipments

  • • Maintain temperature logs during transit
  • • Notify immediately if temperature deviation occurs
  • • Provide temperature monitoring device data
  • • Do not open temperature-controlled units until inspection

Hazardous Materials

  • • Must be properly labeled per DOT regulations
  • • Provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in advance
  • • Contact facility 48 hours before delivery
  • • Follow all hazardous material handling protocols
